Meta has launched a pilot program by introducing customer service agents with the one to help help businesses on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. These agents can interact with clients in real time, treating tasks such as management of returns, providing product recommendations and processing purchases. Using data from a business trail of a business – including previous posts and customer service messages – agents can answer customer questions directly on advertising pages or through direct messages. The agent he is improving CRM platforms like Salesforce who recently introduced Agtexchange – a new market for he’s agents in the company’s software. Why this is important to your business:
2025 is the year of the agent. I have written about this before and will review this topic for another forbes column soon. The meeting is that finally – finally – the generating one will evolve this year to provide only information, but also perform tasks to help us run our businesses more productively. The focus is on customer service. My advice is to rely a lot and maybe use some of these tools to build your solutions.
Business technology news #2 – Paypal scammers approves API Docusign to customers.
The latest Paypal fraud signal includes the Docusign (API) application programming interface. Scammers are using the software to improve the reliability of their electronic posts aimed at PayPal users. By setting up Docusign account, these fraudsters use templates available to send legitimate paypal bills. Recipients are notified of unauthorized transactions and request to contact a given phone number to secure their account and process a refund. Since these emails stem from Docusign, they can bypass many security filters. Red flags include the use of Gmail addresses for Paypal customer support and the lack of documents that require signatures – which is unusual for Dokusign communications. Docusign has stated that he investigates and closes suspicious accounts within 24 hours of detection or reporting. (Source: Finextra)
Why this is important to your business:
I have been receiving a Paypal fraud’s phone phone recently, requesting payments or asking me to confirm a payment made to my company. This is a new twist and the use of Docusign is a very delightful way to deceive businesses and individuals to provide confidential information. Make sure your employees are aware of this, be alert, receive training for your company, and report everything you see in both Paypal and Docusign.
Business technology news #3-monitoring of electronic employees reaches a high all time.
Lcas mearian of Computer world emphasized a significant increase in monitoring electronic workers as reported in a study by the Institute of Technology in Massachusetts. The study found that 80 percent of companies are monitoring remote or hybrid employees with 74 percent using software to record internet browsing and 62 percent of screening. This increase in supervision is associated with the increasing stress of the worker, reducing job satisfaction and a possible decline in productivity. Propagation of monitoring tools – such as rfid marks and biometric scanners – has raised ethical concerns about privacy and potential for discriminatory practices. Experts warn that while these tools aim to increase productivity, they can inadvertently damage employees’ well -being and confidence in the workplace. (Source: Computerworld)
Why this is important to your business:
I am an opponent of employee monitoring. I understand that in some situations – cases where there is a valuable inventory, a higher risk of theft or even cases of possible harmful behavior of employees – where monitoring can help a business. But for the most part I see my customers who spend a lot by monitoring the minute of an employee’s day – even when working from home – rather than running their business. You hire adults. Give them the respect of being an adult. Stop spending so much time on something that is likely to have a lot of risk to the overall benefit of your business and rather focus on raising your business and making your best employees.
Business Business News #4 – Reddit for SMB: A Hidden SEO and Golden Mine of Engagement.
Reddit is becoming an optimal platform for small and medium -sized businesses (SMB) to improve their efforts to optimize the search engine (SEO), engage with local communities and build brand trust. Reddit content often appears significantly in Google search results, with users actively looking for discussions on Reddit for authentic evaluations and knowledge. Example – when looking for services as a personal trainer in Brooklyn – users can include “Reddit” in their questions to find true community feedback. Unlike other social media platforms that often change their algorithms, Reddit maintains a sustainable forum style structure, allowing businesses to relate directly to warm audiences through specific communities known as subreddits. This direct commitment can lead to increased visibility and reliability. (Source: Search engine land)
Why this is important to your business:
I am active in the Subreddit R/CRM and I have even taken some directions from it. But here is the secret: don’t use Reddit as a Leadgen tool. I like to go to the Subreddit CRM to learn more about the industry, to engage with users and even offer tips. I often get great tips there. Yes, I sometimes make our solutions, but it is usually merely an education and a useful commitment that builds reliability and relationships. I have never considered the fact that this activity can appear in online search, but this is just a plus. I strongly recommend business owners to choose a subreddit in their industry or expertise and engage with that community regularly.

Alaina Yee e Pcworld Reminded readers why keeping strong security for your PC is essential in today’s digital landscape. (Source: PCWorld)
Why this is important to your business:
Essential practices include activating integrated antivirus protection and using third -party security suite. For example, Avast One expands into free company security suite, offering up -to -date protection against internet threats and additional features. Yee also suggests implementing comprehensive security measures. Beyond the Standard Antivirus program, the inclusion of additional protection measures such as firewalls, browser supplements, password managers and VPN will improve your system security. Keep the software updated. Update your operating system regularly and all applications installed to accumulate weaknesses that criminals can use online.
